RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the return process. Approved returns must be shipped back to Funky Junk Auctions. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions and help ensure the return is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Return Shipping
If a return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect item or an item that does not match its description, Funky Junk Auctions will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the return.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us as soon as possible. Photographs of the shipping box, packing materials, shipping label, and the damaged item will be required to assist with the carrier’s claim process.
