Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Combined Shipping
We are happy to offer combined shipping on eligible small items.
- Multiple eligible small items purchased in the same order will be shipped together for one shipping charge.
- Combined shipping applies to packages with a total weight of up to 2 pounds (0.9 kg).
- Orders exceeding 2 pounds or containing oversized items may require additional shipping charges. If this applies, we will contact you before shipping your order.
Domestic, U.S. & International Shipping
We ship to customers in Canada, the United States,including islands, military bases and outlying areas.
For shipments to the United States and other destinations, we prepay applicable tariffs and import duties whenever possible, helping to avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.
Please note that some arreas may impose additional taxes, customs fees, or import restrictions beyond our control. Any charges not prepaid remain the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information (when available).
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Refund & Return Policy

Returns
You need to contact us within 7 days or delivery. Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition.
- It is returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Some items may not be eligible for return due to their nature or condition. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before returning it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. If possible, include photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
